When my wife and I originally planned on finishing our basement we contacted numerous builders and contractors and found no one that was as competitively priced or as flexible as Joe Reaney of Reaney's Renovations. Joe is very trustworthy and I felt very comfortable with him doing much of the work when I was not home. My wife also felt very comfortable supervising the progress of the basement and going to Joe with questions, He was always available to her and was great with answering questions and explaining the different facets of the job. Joe was very professional and he made sure that the job was done correctly, down to the last minor detail. He worked with us to create the staircase that we wanted and also designed a unique cabinet to hide our sump pump. Joe was also very flexible and worked with us as we made changes the layout of the basement at the last minute. Anyone who is considering finishing their basement would be hard pressed to find a better builder to complete the job than Joe Reaney.
