Joe Rainey Dear Joe: Thanks for a job well done on our basement renovation project! Considering this is probably one of the biggest investments we will make in our home, you can imagine the desire we had to see it turn out well. We have received a number of compliments on the quality of the workmanship that want into the renovation, especially the high quality of the finished drywall. Before we hired you we read a number of the recommendation letters that you gave us in the initial information pack about your company and we can now say, having gone through the project with you, that the recommendations were exactly right. You brought together a good team to do the work on the basement. Everyone who worked for you on the project was courteous, professional and did excellent work. We appreciate your working with us as we made a few modifications on the original design. You were patient and very fair about the costs any charges would make to the original estimate. In spite of the charges that we made to the initial plans, you were still able to get the construction completed on time, a big plus. So we wish you the best and would be glad to be a reference for you if you ever need it. Thanks for down a great job!
