In the spring of 1999 my wife and I contacted Joe Reaney to finish our basement, and do some minor electrical work at our home. Before singing we had done our homework and shopped around for offers and checked reference. We not only found Reaney's Renovations to be the most affordable, but also the most dependable. Joe was very prompted as to when the estimate would be available, and when he could start the job. Joe communications very well with my wife and I as far as scheduling and when things would be completed. The staff Joe brought in to help were also friendly and courteous with my family and also did a fine job in communicating and coordinating.
