| July 17, 2000 To: Whom it May Concern Re: Reaney's Renovations We hired Joe Reaney to "finish" our basement after speaking with Joe, as well as several other contractors. We chose Joe because of his reputation, experience, his helpful suggestions when he visited our house to give us an estimate, and because he was reasonably priced. Joe did a fantastic job with our basement and we are thrilled with the result! The basement has received many compliments from our family and friends. Joe was very quick to respond to, and very patient with, my numerous phone calls with questions and requests. He was very flexible and easy to work with. Joe also was also extremely helpful in suggesting creative design solutions for problem areas in our basement, and the final layout of the basement looked excellent as a result of his suggestions.
