Letter of Recommendation

We enthusiastically recommend Joe Reaney of Reaney's Renovations. After having a bad experience with a contractor in finishing a basement in a previous home, our experience with Joe was totally delightful and refreshing.

Joe was easy to work with, very flexible to any last minute changes, and also very helpful in making suggestions in areas that we had not considered. Joe and his crew were thorough, professional, courteous, and above all, neat. Our basement project was large and more complex than most, and they performed above and beyond the norm.

Additionally, Joe's price was the most reasonable of the six contractors we interviewed and there were no surprises down the line. He strictly adhered to his bid price and any additions that we made to the contract along the line were also very reasonably priced.

Joe exhibits a rare (in this day and age) pride of workmanship which is clearly reflected in the quality of his work. We couldn't be happier with our basement and we unconditionally recommend him to other homeowners.
