RE: Joe Reaney basements To Whom It May Concern: Since we moved into our home almost three years ago, and before, we had been developing plans to "finish " our basement; we asked Joe Reaney to become involved because of his outstanding reputation. Not only were our ideas executed without exception, but he suggested modifications, based on his experience and a clear understanding of our needs and intended uses, that he seamlessly incorporated to create a finished product that was better than we had envisioned. Joe maintained the timetable and budget that we had established, and both he and his staff were consistently professional and courteous. Without fail he promptly and patiently responded to our many inquiries, and his integrity and trustworthiness went justifiably unquestioned.
